I'm going out of town on Monday, so I thought I'd go ahead and post Tuesday's New Releases now...eventhough you're probably still enjoying this week's right now!

You can get Green Zone at Blockbuster 28-days before Netflix and Redbox. It's a great movie with wall to wall covert action and suspense.

Green Zone-R action/suspense w/Matt Damon and Greg Kinnear & from the director of Bourne Supremacy & Bourne Ultimatum. During the Iraq war, an Army officer has to fight through red tape and faulty intelligence to find the secrets about the WMDs.

Last Station-R drama w/Christopher Plummer, Helen Mirren, James McAvoy and Paul Giamatti. Based on the true story of the last year of Russian socialist writer Leo Tolstoy's life.

Remember Me-PG13 dramatic romance w/Robert Pattinson, Emilie De Ravin, Chris Cooper and Pierce Brosnan. A college student finds the love of his life, but can his relationship withstand the trouble with his father & an uncertain future…

A good week for movies! Check 'em out!

You can get BOOK OF ELI at Blockbuster 28-days before Netflix and Redbox: No lie! You can reserve it there, but you're not going to get it for 28 days!!! This is one of the best movies of the year!

Book of Eli-R drama w/Denzel Washington, Gary Oldman, and Mila Kunis. After a war that destroys most of the people and almost all of the food, a man travels west in a quest to deliver a book of great value.

Unthinkable-R action w/Samuel L. Jackson, Carrie-Anne Moss, and Michael Sheen. A home-grown terrorist plants nuclear bombs in 3 American cities, and it's up to an FBI agent & a torture-for-hire loose cannon to get the information out.

When in Rome-PG13 comedy w/Kristen Bell and Josh Duhamel. After removing wish coins from a fountain in Rome, a young woman is pursued by some unlikely suitors, but can she trust that the love of her life is the real deal?

Youth in Revolt-R comedy w/Michael Cera, Portia Doubleday, Zach Galifianakis, Justin Long, Ray Liotta and Steve Buscemi. A teenage loser invents a "bad-boy" persona to help him get girls, but all it does is take over and ruin his life…or does it?

Well, last week was truly crazy, so I've got the releases for this week and last week on this post.

41-Year Old Virgin who Knocked Up Sarah Marshall and Felt Superbad about It-unrated comedy w/Bryan Callen. Spoof Comedy of all of your favorite teenage dirty comedies.

From Paris with Love-R action w/John Travolta & Jonathan Rhys Meyers. A low-level CIA agent is teamed with the wildest CIA agent ever as they kill and blow up every bad guy in Paris to uncover a terrorist plot.

Friday: Blockbuster Premieres: The Greatest-R drama w/Pierce Brosnan, Susan Sarandon & Carey Mulligan. After the death of their son, a family has to deal with the appearance of a woman pregnant with his child. Can she bring them back together?

Shutter Island-R suspense w/Leonardo DiCaprio, Mark Ruffalo, Ben Kingsley. By Martin Scorsese. When a U.S. Marshal is sent to a prison for the violently insane to investigate a disappearance, nothing is as it seems.

The Pacific-Episode 1 - FREE RENTAL -unrated war. This is the 1st episode of the HBO Miniseries by Tom Hanks & Steven Spielberg. Band of Brothers was about the European Front, this series takes you to the Japanese side of WWII.

The Stranger-R action w/Steve Austin. A man with no memory is being hunted by the FBI and the Russian mob.

Wild Things: Foursome-unrated action w/Ashley Parker Angel & John Schneider. Double-crossing gone wild with murder…

Over the weekend, Iron Man 2 was a big hit; so make sure you come by Blockbuster to rent or buy the original Iron Man or purchase exclusive Iron Man gear!

Not a ton of releases this week, but they are really good!

DayBreakers-R horror w/Ethan Hawke, Willem Dafoe, Isabel Lucas & Sam Neill. In a future ruled by vampires and humans are hunted for food and kept alive on blood farms, one vampire searches for a way to turn everyone human again.

Not a lot this week, but some good ones! Plus, pick up Avatar if you're the one person who hasn't seen it yet!

Descent Part 2-R horror w/Shauna MacDonald. Sarah is forced back underground by a rescue team bent on finding her team.

The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus-PG13 suspense w/Heath Ledger, Christopher Plummer, Johnny Depp, Jude Law, Colin Farrell, Lily Coile and Verne Troyer. A man making bets with the devil inlists the help of a man with no memory to save his daughter. Not kid-friendly and not a sequel to Mr. Magorium's Wonder Imporium!

It's Complicated-R comedy w/Meryl Streep, Alec Baldwin and Steve Martin. A divorced couple has a fling with each other when the husband's new marriage goes south…but can the ex-wife truly find happiness? And what about their kids?

Okay, so I haven't posted in two weeks, but believe me...you haven't missed much. There were only two big titles each week:

For 4/7/10, it was Bad Lieutenant: Port of Call New Orleans -R suspense with Nicolas Cage and Eva Mendes. A drug crazy cop gets involved in the drug trade & murder in the Cresent City.

For 4/13/10, it was Pirate Radio -R comedy w/Philip Seymour Hoffman. In the 1960's in England, Rock & Roll was outlawed, so DJs took to the seas to bring music to the masses.

See! Okay, a few more titles for this week...so check 'em out:

44 Inch Chest-R drama w/Ray Winstone & John Hurt. After kidnapping his wife's lover, a man's friends urge him to take brutal revenge.

SPECIAL THURSDAY RELEASE: 4/22/10: James Cameron's AVATAR-PG13 sci-fi w/Sam Worthington, Zoe Saldana & Sigourney Weaver. A company taking a new found planet's natural resources uses marines and Avatar bodies of the aliens to gain trust; but can a marine with a new found love of the inhabitants hold off a war?

Cheech & Chong's Hey Watch This-R comedy. The comedy duo hit's the road again…mixed with live footage of the two on the road

Lovely Bones-PG13 drama w/Mark Whlberg, Rachel Weisz, Susan Sarandon & Stanley Tucci. After a 14-year old girl is murdered, she's stuck in an "in-between" world and must help her father catch her killer.

Young Vicotria-PG romance w/Emily Blunt. Based on the early years of the longest reigning monarch in England.

This week, we have another movie that you can only get at Blockbuster. You can't get it for 28-days on Netflix or at Redbox, but you can Get It Now at Blockbuster! Last week, it was the Blind Side...this week, it's Sherlock Holmes! You've got to rent or buy Sherlock Holmes from Blockbuster!

Alvin and the Chipmunks: the Squeakquel-PG family w/Zachary Levi and Jason Lee. The boys have to go to school while Dave is in the hospital; and their evil ex-manager finds the Chip-ettes.

An Education-PG13 drama w/Peter Sarsgaard, Alfred Molina, Emma Thompson & Carey Mulligan. In 1960's England, a young girl meets an older man who introduces her to a whole new world, but may stop her from going to Oxford

Sherlock Holmes-PG13 action w/Robert Downey Jr, Jude Law and Rachael McAdams. The famous detective gets an update, as he and Watson go against the evil villian Blackwood.
